Telehealth is what I primarily use for clients without insurance.  If you would like to use insurance and if you prefer in person sessions, I can refer you to Lighthouse Counseling in Fayetteville NC where you will be screened and placed with a counselor; you will have the option to request Ms. Bohart.

The benefit of not utilizing an insurance company is anonymity of documentation; direct pay may be preferred for those who consider extra ensured privacy as important.  

Sliding scale rates are discussed and agreed upon together at initial appointment scheduling.
